The International Criminal Court, The Hague,
Netherlands.
WHAT:
iraqwarcrimes.org (March 2003), is an organization of volunteers
assisting the global people’s peace action movement in each
country to prosecute State leaders at The International Criminal
Court (ICC), The Hague, Netherlands for capital crimes committed
in any informal and/or formal military action initiated and
maintained by any state against Iraq, commencement date for
capital crimes measure: March 17th 2003.
The ICC at: http://www.un.org/law/icc/ is
the International Court for the prosecution of Crimes Inhumane
(capital) and is venue for the capital prosecution of those
State leaders perpetrating capital crimes against humanity
(specifically the people of Iraq) in any formal or informal
military action initiated and/or maintianed by any State.
PLEASE NOTE: iraqwarcrimes.org stands ready to assist those
countries peace action networks wishing to pursue capital
prosecution of their State leaders in any military action
against Iraq, commencement date: March 17th 2003 by:
EMAIL
SIGNATURE GATHERING/PETITION - gathering, verifying and storing
people’s email signatures from each country for presentation by
that country’s peace action network to the ICC supporting
capital prosecution of that state's leaders for Iraq War Crimes,
ICC ON-SITE CAPITAL PROSECUTION - physically assisting each
country’s peace action network to file capital crimes briefs at
the ICC in The Hague, Netherlands and serving on-site, in The
Hague, as capital trial facilitators and logisticians for the
duration of legal proceedings, INFORMATION - providing
information and email updates for ICC trials to each country
peace action network, WEBSITE – hosting iraqwarcrimes.org
WHO: iraqwarcrimes.org was set up by Netherlands peace
action network volunteers to provide information, informed
suggestions and real-time, on-site capital crimes prosecution at
The International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands of
those country leaders assisting War on Iraq, commencement date:
March 17th 2003. iraqwarcrimes will be staffed indefinitely to
assist peace groups pursuing capital prosecution of their
country’s leaders for assisting War on Iraq at The International
Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands.
WHY:
iraqwarcrimes.org is a people’s global peace action network response
to the violence as war and civil repression emanating from the
43rd United States Executive.
WHERE: Prosecution of
State leaders for capital crimes committed in any state
initiated and/or maintained war on Iraq at The International
Criminal Court, The Hague, Netherlands.
HOW:
iraqwarcrimes.org has set up this website (www.iraqwarcrimes.org) to
serve as an information resource and country-by-country
signature/petition gathering instrument to assist those peace
action networks in each country wishing to pursue capital
prosecution of that State's leaders for crimes against humanity
as the War on Iraq, commencement date March 17th 2003.
An example of this would be the capital prosecution of Irish
Premier Bertie Ahern for allowing lethal United States military
supplies and troops to transit through Ireland for use in any
capital crimes against Iraq. March 17th has been chosen as the
commencement date for measurement of capital crimes. After March
17th 2003, the death of any persons in the Iraq War Theatre,
therefore will be viewed as resultant of Mr. Ahern’s assistance
in any state initiated and/or maintained aggression against
Iraq. Mr. Ahern will be tried as a direct accessory/orchestrator
of said capital crimes entailing full prosecution and
continuous/indefinite pursuance of any adjudication.
CAPITAL CRIMES FILING PROCEDURES FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY
PEACE ACTION NETWORKS PROSECUTING STATE LEADERS AT THE
INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT,

Each country Peace Action Network decides that its State
leaders are liable for capital prosecution in their authorizing
state and/or private military action against Iraq, commencement
date March 17th 2003
Country Peace Action Network then:
refers to www.iraqwarcrimes.org to download an example War
Crimes Trial Poster for duplication and mass display announcing
capital crimes prosecution of State leaders;
gathers
people's e-signatures through the www.iraqwarcrimes.org e-signatures
gathering facility
in support of capital prosecution of
State leaders and publicizes the campaign for capital
prosecution of State leaders at all peace
gatherings/protests/meetings/civil disobediences/etc.
sends a team of prosecutors on behalf of that country's
peace action network to The International Criminal Court, The
Hague, Netherlands for consultation with volunteers at
www.iraqwarcrimes.org in planning and initiating criminal
prosecution of State leaders.
maintains schedule, in
consultation with www.iraqwarcrimes.org for seeing through
adjudication of State leaders at the ICC and then pursues
actualization of any penalties rendered.
